Life Coach as a Job
Hmmmm. Would I want to do this? It sounds amazing - being able to make my own schedule and work from the comfort of my own home, however, getting everything started up for myself … yeah, that would take some extra time … I don’t know if I have the energy for something like that nor do I have the initial money to get my training done. Life coaching definitely sounds like a noble thing and I would love to be a part of it, however, I feel that if I turned it into a job, that is exactly what it would become: “a job.” I could lose the joy in something that could easily be fun and I don’t want that to happen. Also, what if I put in all of that work to only learn that I couldn’t make a substantial living from it. There is a lot of sales and marketing that goes on to get a business like that going. Dude, I make professional demo reels and I still have yet to get that business on the move. I am hesitant. I see myself doing more spending that earning in this profession and that really turns me off. Ideally, I would just make all my money from performing and would never have to even consider getting a regular job. Is that possible?
